REFUNDS:
NO REFUNDS on custom product. Dimensions are shown above. Please refer to those to see what you are buying. Refunds are only possible IF the item arrives to you damaged. In that case, please reach out to us by email or Instagram with pictures of the damages so we can file a claim. PLEASE KEEP all packaging materials and damaged item to get a refund or product replacement.
Cancellations:
Normal orders may be cancelled before shipped if a shipping label has not been printed yet. If a label has been printed there are no cancellations or returns unless the item is damaged.
Customs:
Payment is due up front in order to start the process of customs and buy the necessary materials to make custom cases. Therefore, there are no order cancellations. Please be 100% certain that you want to make this purchase before doing so. Thank you for understanding!
